Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Type: Full Time - 32.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to understand the reasons behind a student's challenging behavior.
- Continuously collect data on student behavior to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans.
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to share information about a student's behavior, progress, and strategies being implemented in the school setting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs for students with behavioral concerns.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ableto pass a backgroundcheck and drug test.
